Return Policies protect your business and your customers against defective items and fraudulent activities. This policy explains the guidelines, if any, customers must follow to return unsatisfactory or defective items. Some examples of the items that would be included in your Return Policy would be; any time limits for returning purchases, which products will be replaced, and which products are not eligible to be returned.
From the Manage Return Policy Content screen, enter your text in the box next to "Return Policy Content". Visitors to your site will be able to view this page by clicking on the link in the bottom horizontal navigation bar from any page on your storefront.
To help your site generate better listings within the search engines you may modify the "Meta" tags for this page.
- Meta Page Title: the text entered in this field can be seen at the top of the web browser window and search engine listings, helping search engines determine your web page relevancy for certain keyword phrases.
- Meta Keywords: the text entered in this field allows you to provide additional text for crawler-based search engines to index along with the text of your store pages. Enter words or phrases separated by commas.
- Meta Description: the text entered in this field can help influence the description of your page in the crawler-based search engines supporting this tag.
Please Note: HTML is NOT ALLOWED; you will not be able to copy and paste HTML code or enter it directly into this field.
The "SEO Content" section is a non-editable section of these pages. If you purchase a service through MonsterWebPromotion this field will be modified to help further define your site for search engine listings.
If you have made any changes to the Return Policy Message Content you will need to click the "Save" button before it will take effect. If you would prefer to exit without saving, click on the "Cancel & Return" button to return to the main Content Manager Menu screen.
