As the old saying goes, "Seeing is beliving". The first page of your Control Panel gives you an up-to-date glance of the success of your online business to date. As new orders are placed on your storefront, customers enter your site, and sales are made; all of these items will be displayed. You will be able to direct your attention to the area that most needs your attention right away.
The Storefront Overview will display the total count for any orders customers to your site have attempted to place for that day. This includes orders that have been successfully submitted to your site, called New Orders, and those which were unable to process, called Not Finalized Orders. You can learn more about the different Order Status's from the Store Orders section.
The Storefront Overview will display the total count for any visitors to the store that have attempted to place an order. This includes customers who have created an account with your store for future use, called Registered Customers, and those who have not created an account, called Guests. You can learn more about the differences between Registered Customers and Guests from the Customer Manager section.
The Storefront Overview will display the total count of Products sold as well as the total Dollar amount sold on the store for that day. You can learn more about all of the Product and Revenue Reports that you can generate from the Report Summary section.
